1. Books & Printed Materials

When you purchase a book or other printed product, it is at your own discretion and risk.
Returns are only accepted if there is a printing defect that makes the text unreadable. If you believe there is a problem, we may ask you to provide evidence of the defect.
Personal preferences, changes of mind, or simply not liking a book are not eligible for a refund.

2. Book Coaching

Our book coaching programs are designed to guide, support, and inspire writers.
Results depend on your commitment. While we provide tools, guidance, and support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Your progress is entirely dependent on your own effort, adherence to timelines, and dedication.

3. Writer’s Retreats

Retreats are carefully planned to create supportive spaces for writers.
Venues and dates may change at the discretion of the organizers.
As with coaching, results depend on your engagement. We cannot guarantee specific writing outcomes.
Refunds for personal circumstances are considered case by case and are at the discretion of the organizers.

4. Venue & Third-Party Responsibility

We select venues that are supportive and safe for writers. However, we cannot be held responsible for acts of God, structural issues, or third-party problems. This includes unexpected leaks, power outages, or other venue-related issues.

5. General

By participating in our programs or purchasing our products, you accept that some factors are beyond our control.
Our goal is to provide guidance, inspiration, and quality experiences for writers—but ultimately, success and satisfaction depend on your participation.
